Terms of use

These terms cover using AYF Games, run by Are You Faster CIC. By using the site you agree to them.

Using the site

• Playing and designing are free. You do not need an account to play.
• Do not try to break the site, the games or the forms, or send forms automatically.
• Do not send anything to us that is not yours to send, or that could harm someone.

The games

• Each game belongs to the people who made it, as its page says. We host it with their permission. You may play it here; you may not copy it or put it anywhere else unless its licence says you can.
• Games are checked before they go live (see how we check games). Some are prototypes, short and a little rough, and some may not work on every device.
• We can change or remove a game at any time, for example if it breaks our content standard.

Your designs

Designs you make in the Studio are yours. The Studio terms cover them.

If something goes wrong

If a game or anything on the site worries you, report it or email games@areyoufaster.com. We provide the site as it is, for free, and are not responsible for losses from using it, except where the law says we cannot limit our responsibility.

Changes

If we change these terms, we update this page and the date below.

Last changed 5 November 2026. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
